Peter J. Santosfor Attorney General

Candidate for Attorney General of Guam

Peter J. Santos

Let's rebuild the Attorney General's office — and put the law to work for you.

Police officer, prosecutor, public defender. Efficient, accountable, transparent. No party, no favors.

Five things I will do.

1

Put drug prosecutors back on the job.

Guam has none today. Peter did that job — he will bring it back.

2

Revolutionize Guam's procurement.

Every bid and contract online, as it happens. It is your money.

3

Stand with victims and families.

Victims never left to figure it out alone. Child support enforced.

4

Prosecute corruption so it sticks.

Seven officials charged in 2023. None went to trial. Never again.

5

Give GovGuam the legal services the law requires.

Agencies left without a lawyer cannot serve you. That ends.

Plus: lawyers who stay, faster justice, more time to catch a corrupt official, and Guam's land and water.
